Customer Service Associate 2017

Education Unlimited is a leading academic summer camp provider based in Berkeley, CA. We seek a highly motivated customer service associate.  

This Associate will work in conjunction with other admissions staff to provide sales and service support to our client families. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • answering phone calls (both sales calls and customer service calls)
  • processing camp applications and maintaining student files
  • data entry
  • preparing reports, processing payments, and other administrative task
  • additionally, associate may help with other operational and logistical projects as needed

Qualifications:
A B.A. or B.S. degree is highly preferred. In addition, ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • a calm and professional demeanor
  • a  passion for customer service, particularly for support and sales by phone
  • a history of long-term work relationships or experiences 
  • 2 or more years experience in customer service and administrative support 
  • excellent organization and  time management  skills
  • the ability to work well with others in a high-energy environment 
  • the ability to solve problems quickly and completely
  • a friendly and positive attitude and the desire to work as part of a team 
  • the willingness and ability to occasionally work long hours during the summer months, including occasional weekend days
